Ron Paul On Morton Downey Jr. Show 1988 Advocating Drug Legalization

Ron Paul was running for President way back in 1988 and made an appearance on “The Morton Downey Jr. Show.” Paul was running as a Libertarian. He had a bunch more fire back then, and I think if he adopted the same bombastic style today he would do better.
