Secretary Chu Gives Himself An A On Gas Prices

Energy Secretary Chu was getting questioned about the gas prices by Representitive Darrel Issa, Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and gave himself a passing mark. When asked if he deserved an A-, Secretary Chu thought he deserved a better grade.
