Paying a “fair share” is behind the “Buffett Rule” that President Obama is talking about so much lately. He says it would be fair if we increased taxes on the wealthy. RightChange.com have put together a video using information from the I.R.S. that explains who they feel is paying a fair share. They say President Obama is waging class warfare.
