Richmond Times-Dispatch Calls Obama Welfare Reform Nuts

According to Mitt Romney’s campaign, “last month, President Obama quietly gutted bipartisan welfare reform by ending the work requirement. One of the country’s leading newspapers called it “nuts.” Mitt Romney will put work back in welfare.” The campaign highlights an editorial in the Richmond Times-Dispatch in their latest campaign ad that says, “if you want to get more people to work, you don’t loosen the requirements, you tighten them.”
