President Obama Claims The War On Terror Is Over With Recent Prisoner Exchange

President Obama addressed the prisoner exchange today at a presser and said there was a good chance these terrorist will go back to terrorism. There is a certain rate that takes place.” He also seemed to indicate that the war on terror is over since, “this is what happens at the end of wars. That was true for George Washington, that was true for Abraham Lincoln, that was true for FDR.
