Joe Biden Offers Free Community College In Weekly Address 4/11/2015

Vice President Joe Biden gave the weekly address this week because President Obama is out of town. In this address Biden explains why we need free Community College for everyone. “It’s simple folks, two years of community college should become as free and as universal as high school is today if we’re to make this economic resurgence permanent and well into the 21st Century.”
