About Presidential Idol
Welcome back to Presidential Idol and thank you for voting. We have combined two great American traditions. The highly popular American Idol, and the not so popular American presidential elections. Together it is Presidential Idol! You determine who gets kicked off by voting. Vote for your favorite candidates to keep them going. The voting is just like American Idol, except it is free. You can vote once every hour, and for who ever you want, as long as they are on the list. The voting starts on the first of the month, and goes until the last of the month. We have started with 25 candidates from different parties. Some of these will have zero chance of winning the Presidency, but all of them have a chance to be the next Presidential Idol!! Each month at least 1 candidate, maybe 2 will be voted off until November of 2012 when we will crown the next Presidential Idol. We will start fresh each month with at least one less candidate, so keep voting. Watch for reports about dropped candidates and those that are on fire at our blog Fantasy Politics USA, your complete source for Presidential Idol and the 2012 Presidential elections. We would like to thank Barack Obama, during the 2008 campaign, for giving us this idea.
