Rick Santorum Confronts Rick Perry On HPV

Rick Santorum is taking on the front runner Rick Perry about his decision to mandate HPV on young girls. In a letter to supporters Santorum says, “the bottom line is he believed it was good policy and defended it until he was finally confronted by strong conservatives who put parental rights ahead of the rights of the government. Governor Perry’s willingness to use executive order and not the legislative process to push this policy through shines a light into what kind of president he would be – a president who believes in more government intrusion and who thinks he knows more about how to run our families than moms and dads across America.”
