During the 2007 campaign candidate Barack Obama claimed Hillary Clinton’s health care plan was dangerous because it would force people to buy health insurance or face a penalty. This became a major part of Obamacare, and now the Supreme Court is arguing whether the individual mandates in Obamacare is even constitutional.
