Gary Johnson’s Plan To Fix the Economy

Gary Johnson was on Fox News Sunday morning 11/13/2011, and explained his ideas to fix the economy. He wants to start with a “fair tax”, and plans on submitting a balanced budget by 2013. He calls the “fair tax” a “silver bullet” that would fix the economy. His “fair tax” eliminates the current system and replaces it with a consumption tax. He talks about not being mentioned in some of the polls, and he doesn’t get a chance in the debates.

President Obama spoke at the annual Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation meetings in Honolulu Saturday, and called Americans a bit lazy lately. Obama told the crowd, “We’ve been a little bit lazy, I think, over the last couple of decades. We’ve kind of taken for granted, well, people will want to come here and we aren’t out there hungry, selling America and trying to attract new businesses into America.”
