MSNBC Continues Innane Attacks On Herman Cain

MSNBC host Ed Shultz added to the attacks on Herman Cain by MSNBC yesterday by claiming Cain is pandering to racists. In recent days Cain had suggested that Senator Jim Demint would be a good VP pick. Shultz used this as an opportunity to pile on Cain with more irrational attacks. Schultz claims that Demint used a racist term while opposing Obamacare. Demint said during the Obamacare debate that, “if we are able to stop Obama on this, it will be his Waterloo. It will break him.” For clarity, Schultz repeated the offending line, “It will break him.” Dr. James Peterson, director of African studies at Lehigh University, backed him up saying “break” was “a term that was used to destroy, mentally and physically, slaves.” ??? Peterson added that by picking Demint that Cain, “gives those folks a pass” on racism. It has gotten to the point that anything a republican says is racist by all the race baiting hosts that work at MSNBC. To claim that the word “break” is somehow racist is a stretch even for them, and ludicrous at best. Hey MSNBC, gives us a break from all of your race baiting rants for at least a week please.

President Obama Will Not Take No For An Answer

President Obama sent a letter to his supporters stating the Jobs Bill is stuck in the Senate due to the republicans. According to his letter, “Last night, the American Jobs Act was filibustered by Senate Republicans. There was no vote on the actual bill. But it would have succeeded: the American Jobs Act has at least 51 votes — a clear majority — to pass the Senate. And a new poll shows that 63 percent of Americans support it, too.” He is counting on complete support from the Senate Democrats which doesn’t seem true. “They might believe it’s in their political interest to oppose whatever the President proposes for the next 13 months, but we know that when it comes to jobs and restoring economic security, Americans can’t afford to wait.
The American Jobs Act would get to work now, providing incentives for businesses to hire unemployed veterans, helping hire tens of thousands of teachers, cops, and firefighters, and rebuilding and modernizing our schools, railways, bridges, and airports. Even though it’s fully paid for and made up of proposals both parties have supported, Republicans yesterday said no.”

Joe Biden Warns Of Increase In Murder And Rapes If Jobs Bill Not Passed

Vice President Joe Biden warned a crowd in Flint Michigan that if President Obama’s much touted jobs bill is not passed there will be increases in murders and rapes. “In 2008, when Flint had 265 sworn officers on their police force, there were 35 murders and 91 rapes in this city,” Biden said. “In 2010, when Flint had only 144 police officers, the murder rate climbed to 65 and rapes–just to pick two categories–climbed to 229. In 2011, you now only have 125 shields. God only knows what the numbers will be this year for Flint if we don’t rectify it.” He goes on to claim that Obama’s stimulus bill may have prevented murders and rapes by saying, “and God only knows what that number would have been had we not been able to get a little bit of help.”

Herman Cain Has No Patience For The Race Card

Herman Cain visited Sean Hannity yesterday and discussed the Wall Street protestors, racism, and class warfare. Cain said, “I don’t have a lot of patience for people who want to blame racism on the fact that some people don’t make it in America. One of the greatest things in this country Sean, and I have experienced it. If you put your mind to it and you don’t play the victim card, you can do whatever you want to do in this country. I am walking proof of that.”

Cain went on to respond to Harry Belafonte and Cornell West who both said disparaging things about Cain. Belafonte said that “Herman Cain was a totally bad apple in the black community,” and West said Cain, “needs it get off the symbolic crack pipe and acknowledge that the evidence is overwhelming,” that racism still is strong in America.
