Rep. Bobby Rush Kicked Off Of House Floor For Wearing Hoodie

Representative Bobby Rush (Ill-D) was kicked off the house floor for wearing a hoodie during his speech on the Treyvon Martin case. Rush was starting to talk about the case saying, “The death of Trayvon Martin is indeed an American tragedy. Too often this violent act which resulted in the murder of Trayvon Martin is repeated in the streets of our nation. I applaud the young people all across the land who are making a statement about hoodies, about the real hoodlums in this nation, particularly those who tread on our laws wearing official or quasi-official clothes. Racial profiling has to stop, Mr. Speaker.” He went on to add while putting his hoodie on, “Just because someone wears a hoodie does not make them a hoodlum. The Bible teaches us, Mr. Speaker, and — Micah 6:8…” Speaker Pro Tempore stopped him and had him escorted out by the Sergent at Arms for disobeying House decorum rules. What makes this interesting is Rep Rush is from the Chicago area which has black murder victims daily, yet he is ready to jump to conclusions on a case from Florida that is over a month old. He should get his own house in order before grandstanding for votes and wasting the time of Congress. It is clear this little episode is for TV back home in Chicago to garner more votes, and is offering nothing positive to the debate at hand.

But he was not the only Representative using the death of Trayvon Martin for votes. Rep. Frederica Wilson (Fla-D) went to the floor and claimed this was simply a case of “racial profiling,” and said he was a child hunted down like a dog. “Trayvon Martin murderer is still at large. 31 days and no arrest. Trayvon Martin died because of racial profiling.” “I want America to see this sweet young boy who was hunted down like a dog, shot in the street, and his killer is still at large.”

And then there was Representative Hank Johnson (Ga.-D) who is famous for worrying out loud during a congressional speech that Guam the island might tip over if to much weight was on one side of it. He added fuel to the Trayvon Martin case by saying, “He was executed for ‘WWB’ in a ‘GC.'” He translates this saying it means, “Walking While Black in a Gated Community.”

It is good to see the black congressional caucuses working so hard to tell the truth, and promote the facts.

Rep Kevin McCarthy Says President Obama Should Feel More Heat On These Rising Gas Prices

Representative Kevin McCarthy (CA-R) has put together a new video on the rising gas prices and President Obama’s response to it. According to Rep. McCarthy, “When President Obama was inaugurated on January 20, 2009, the national average for a gallon of gas was $1.84. Today, gas prices have more than doubled with the national average currently at $3.90 per gallon and rising. For three years, the Obama Administration has failed time and time again to offer a comprehensive energy agenda to keep gas prices down, while ensuring our energy future. House Republicans have offered an energy agenda that not only increases domestic production and supply to bring down prices, but would also would spur economic growth and create jobs right here at home. It’s time the President and Washington Democrats join our efforts so we can begin to bring relief to American families and small businesses feeling pain at the pump.”

Barack Obama On Hillary Clinton’s Health Care Plan In 2007 No Individual Mandates

During the 2007 campaign candidate Barack Obama claimed Hillary Clinton’s health care plan was dangerous because it would force people to buy health insurance or face a penalty. This became a major part of Obamacare, and now the Supreme Court is arguing whether the individual mandates in Obamacare is even constitutional.

Herman Cain And The Economy On Stimulus

One of the first ads from Herman Cain and his sick of the stimulus campaign. This one shows a fish gasping for air to demonstrate how the stimulus has clogged up our economy. According to Cain no fish were injured during the filming of this. “Any Questions?”

The goldfish is fine, but our economy isn’t.
Are you Sick yet? In essence, stimulus has been just like throwing a bucket of water on a fish and expecting him to swim on land.
• 1.1 million jobs have been lost since the stimulus was enacted. Total cost: of $1.172 trillion. That’s more than $1 million in stimulus for every job lost in America since it was enacted.
• In 2007, the U.S. ranked 3rd. on the World Bank’s “Doing Business” report. On the “Doing Business 2012” report, U.S. ranks 13th in ease of starting a business in the world.
• The home-ownership rate is the lowest since 1965. Foreclosures are at a post-Depression high. Home values are worth about 1/3 less than they were five years ago.
We want Solutions, not more Stimulus coming from Washington D.C.
We the people are Sick of Stimulus!

Runaway Slave Movie – Trailer #2 With Special Message From CL Bryant

While the Trayvon Martin case has pulled up a bunch of racist rants there is one black person standing tall above all the race baitors. C.L. Bryant was a former NAACP chapter president in Garland, TX. and, he has a new film coming out called the “Runaway Slave.”
According to Bryant,

“Runaway Slave exposes the economic slavery of the black community to the Progressive, big government policies of the U.S. government. The film’s heroes are black conservatives who are speaking out so that all Americans can truly be “free at last.” The film’s central figure is Rev. C.L. Bryant, a self-professed “runaway slave. A former NAACP chapter president in Garland, TX, C.L. abandoned an organization he felt was more about political posturing, and less about civil rights. As a former Democratic Radical who escaped the bondage of Progressivism and denounced the shackles of entitlements, he has committed himself to helping others secure the blessings of liberty that are guaranteed by the Constitution with his new found conservative values.
Rev. Bryant takes viewers on an historic journey across America that traces the footsteps of runaway slaves who escaped along routes that became known as the Underground Railroad to freedom. But in the film, he travels a “new underground railroad” upon which Black Conservatives are speaking out against big government policies which have established a “new plantation” where “overseers” like the NAACP and so-called “civil rights” leaders keep the Black community 95 percent beholden to one political party.
Citing statistics that demonstrate increasingly high rates of abortion, crime, unemployment and single parent households in the black community, the film features interviews with politicians and everyday Americans including economist Thomas Sowell, Dr. Alveda King, U.S. Representative Allen West, GOP Presidential Candidate Herman Cain, activist Star Parker and many others. Images from national events in Washington, D.C. provide a shocking look into the mindset of the liberal left as they seek to oppress black Americans every day.Its underlying theme asks the questions: What does the black community have to show for its 95% support of the Democratic Party? Is it truly “free at last?”
