Barack Obama Blames ATMs For High Unemployment

According President Obama new technologies like ATMs and the kiosks at airports are taking jobs from Americans. He fails to mention these technologies have been around a long time, and those jobs are long gone and have been replaced by now. Is he really that our of touch with the rest of America?
