Herman Cain Explains His Economic Plan 9-9-9

Herman Cain was on Fox News and explained his economic plan he calls 9-9-9. He is proposing his new extended economic plan “which involves a business flat tax of 9%, a personal flat tax of 9%, and national sales tax of 9%.”
