Hillary Clinton Supporters Planning Protest In D.C.

A group of Hillary Clinton supporters are planning on going to Washington D.C. to protest during the Democratic National Rules Committee meeting on May 31st. The DNC will finally decide what to do about Michigan and Florida during this meeting. The Committee to Count Every Vote is planning an all day rally May 31st. According to the groups web site, “the DNC Rules Committee is meeting that day to make a determination with respect to MI and FL and we think it is essential to convene in Washington to support our cherished democratic principles, help enfranchise MI and FL and to show that Hillary has equally high numbers of passionate, devoted supporters who believe fervently that she will be the better general candidate and best president.” The group is not officially affiliated with the Clinton campaign, but Clinton does support their efforts. “I thank you for zeroing in on the May 31 meeting. There will be a lot of activity around that meeting,” Clinton said adding its “important your voices are heard.”

    Planning a rebuttal demonstration

Counting every vote starts at the beginning, not when you’re losing. She’s lost her moral ground and while those delegates must be counted the results in MI and FL are not representative of the states democrats as many did not vote when they knew they weren’t counted and many had no experience with the candidates as no one campaigned there.
