Mitt Romney’s campaign released a new campaign video with a anti-union tone. He supports the right to work laws “that will create jobs and give workers a choice of whether to support a union.”

Rep. Steve Chabot Stops Constituents From Filming At His Town Hall Meetings

Representative Steve Chabot (R-OH) stopped all filming at his latest town hall meeting because he was afraid of some negative YouTube videos. Police were ordered to take cameras from anyone in the audience yet they allowed local TV stations to continue filming the event and the camera confiscations. The police told the people it was to “protect the constituents.” But in reality it was to protect Chabot from an embarrassing YouTube video. His plan backfired because now there is at least 2 videos out that show the people getting their cameras confiscated for no good reason.

Herman Cain was on Fox News and explained his economic plan he calls 9-9-9. He is proposing his new extended economic plan “which involves a business flat tax of 9%, a personal flat tax of 9%, and national sales tax of 9%.”

Mitt Romney has taken President Obama’s bus tour and found away to raise funds off of it. You can get your Magical Misery Tour T-Shirts for a limited time here from the Romney campaign. They are only $30, which is a bargain for such a nice looking shirt. According to the ad, “Donate $30 or more today and get your Obama Magical Misery Tour t-shirt. Let the President know that you reject his failed leadership.” One of the first times I have actually considered donating to a campaign. I think it is one of the best political promotion out there right now.

Allen West Ready To Lead Black Leaders Off Of The Democratic Plantation

Representative Allen West (R-Fla) stopped by “The Factor” to discuss politics and the Obama bus tour through America last night 8/17/2011. Representative Maxine Waters (D-Calf) has been complaining about the Obama bus tour not stopping by black neighborhoods. West was asked about her complaints and he responded, “You have this 21st century plantation that has been out there where the Democrat party has forever taken the black vote for granted. And you have established certain black leaders who are nothing more than overseers over the plantation. And now the people on that plantation are upset because they’ve been disregarded, disrespected, and their concerns are not cared about.” West offered to help them saying, “I’m here as the kinda modern day Harriet Tubman to lead people on the underground railroad away from the plantation to a sense of sensibility.” West asked about the black leaders responding to the flash mobs; “Where are they?”
