Mitt Romney in 2002: “I’m going to reduce taxes.”
As Governor, Mitt Romney did cut taxes…on millionaires like himself.
But he raised taxes and fees on everyone else: $1.5 billion.
Over a thousand fee hikes:
On health care. On school bus rides. On milk. On driver’s licenses. On nursing homes. On lead poisoning prevention. On meat and poultry inspection. On fishermen and gun owners. On nurses. On electricians. On hospitals. On funeral homes. On mental health services. On hospice care. On elevator repair.

President Obama Says Mitt Romney Will Outsource U.S. Jobs

In President Obama’s latest campaign ad they claim Mitt Romney will outsource American jobs. “Running for Governor, Mitt Romney campaigned as a job creator. “I know how jobs are created.” But as a corporate raider he shipped jobs to China and Mexico. As Governor, he did the same thing. Outsourcing state jobs to India. Now, he’s making the exact same pitch. “I know why jobs come and why they go.” Outsourcing jobs. Romney economics: It didn’t work then and it won’t work now.”

President Obama Tells Mitt Romney That Politics Ends At The Waters Edge

During a press conference at the G-20 Summit in Mexico President Obama was asked about a comment from a Romney economic adviser in a German publication. President Obama responded by saying, “With respect to Mr. Romney’s advisers, I’d suggest you go talk to Mr. Romney about his advisers. I would point out that we have one president at a time and one administration at a time. And I think traditionally, the notion has been that America’s political differences end at the water’s edge.” Apparently this “water’s edge” policy wasn’t in effect when then candidate Obama gave a foreign policy speech in Germany during the 2008 campaign.

RightChange.com Calls Obama The Most Arrogant Man in the World

“Something new from RightChange.com. New video parody of the Dos Equis spot “The Most Interesting Man in the World,” “The Most Arrogant Man in the World” illustrates how Obama believes he can just essentially push his agenda regardless of the congress which has made many believe he has an arrogant leadership style. This video takes a look at him accepting the Nobel Peace Price for doing nothing, picking Joe Biden as VP just to prove he doesn’t need one, referring to the Supreme Court as just another unelected body, week stand on Iran and much more. Features new ending for “Don’t Be a Donkey”, dontbeadonkey.com which is a new site that will feature numerous new parody videos going into the 2012 election. Hope you get a Chuckle out of this one.”

MSNBC Edits Video To Make Mitt Romney Look Out Of Touch

On Monday on MSNBC’s ‘Andrea Mitchell Reports,’ host Mitchell presented an edited video to make Mitt Romney look out of touch. The video made it look like Romney was amazed about a touchtone screen pad in a convenience store called WaWas. “I was at WaWas, I went in to order a sandwich,” Romney said. “You press a little touchtone keypad, you touch this, touch this, go pay the cashier, there’s your sandwich. It’s amazing.” Mitchell called it “Romney’s super market scanner moment,” in reference to President George’s H.W. Bush during a 1992 grocers’ convention being amazed that you could just scan groceries at the store. Romney wasn’t really amazed about the touchpad, but was instead making a comparison of the private sector versus the public sector. The whole quote from Romney was, “”I was at WaWas, I went in to order a sandwich. You press a little touchtone keypad, you touch this, touch this, go pay the cashier, there’s your sandwich. It’s amazing. People in the private sector have learned how to compete. It’s time to bring some competition to the federal government.”
Here is Andrea Mitchell’s version;

Here is Mitchell’s non-apology aired the next day due to criticism of the edited version. “We ran clips of Mitt Romney in Cornwall, Pennsylvania, talking about his trip to a WaWa,” Mitchell said. “Well, the RNC and the campaign both reached out to us saying that Romney had more to say about that visit, about federal bureaucracy and innovation in the private sector. We didn’t get a chance to play that, so here it is now.”

Ohio Residents React To Mitt Romney’s Bus Tour

According to the Obama campaign, “this video, Ohio residents share why Romney’s plans and visions are wrong for the middle-class and why they support President Obama’s vision to move forward and create an economy built to last.” All this really is, is regular people spouting off campaign talking points. It seems like they added a Romney supporter when Bonnie says, “5 trillion dollars, is that what it was? 5 trillion dollars, and he hasn’t even said how that would be paid for.”
