Rand Paul Says He Can Defeat The Washington Machine That Hillary Clinton Represents

On the same day that Hillary Clinton announced she was in the race Rand Paul released a video describing Clinton as part of the old Washington Machine that needs to go. According to the campaign, “It’s time for liberty, not Hillary.”
