Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-NY) temporarily steps down from Chairman’s seat

Rep. Charlie Rangel held a press conference today to announce that he would like to temporarily step down as chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee “until such time as the ethics committee completes its work.”
