Russ Carnahan Heckled At Town Hall Meeting On Health Care

Democrat Russ Carnahan, who represents the third district of Missouri, was heckled at a recent Town Hall meeting when he started talking about his views on the health care plan before Congress. This was at a meeting on July 20th in St. Louis. He was heckled because he stated the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) claimed the current plain was not only “deficit neutral…………..but also over 10 years it will create a 6 billion dollar surplus.” This is of course the direct opposite of what the CBO has been saying, but that might change since President Obama has had a talk with CBO Director Doug Elmendorf.
