“In this week’s address, Representative Diane Black (R-Tenn.) discusses the actions taken by the new Congressional majority to root out Washington’s rules and regulations that inhibit job growth. This week, the House passed a bill to repeal the 1099 provision of the health care law to eliminate burdensome regulations on small businesses.
